Welcome to the website of the Chicago area based photographer, William V. Porter.
Porter is a retired Biology teacher from Bradley-Bourbonnais High School (32 years). Porter received a Bachelor of Science Degree from the College of Emporia (Emporia Kansas) in 1967. He received a Master of Arts degree in Science and additional courses in Photography from Governors State University (University Park in Illinois) in 1978.
Due to my position in the Milky Way Galaxy, I was forced to crop out most of the universe from my images. The remainder of the images, were edited using the following software; Adobe Photoshop Creative Cloud, ON 1 Photo RAW, and Topaz Impression.
